We also collect academic data including attendance records, course enrollment, and downloaded study materials. Device data includes device type, IP address, operating system, and app usage analytics for performance optimization.
We use your information to provide NoteStack services, display attendance records, deliver academic resources, send university circular updates and notifications, improve platform functionality, troubleshoot technical issues, and comply with institutional or legal requirements.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Information is only accessed to retrieve student academic information from university systems (such as AKTU) or with essential cloud service providers (such as Supabase and Firebase) necessary to deliver app functionality.
We implement industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, secure authentication tokens, and restricted database access rules. However, no electronic transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal account and associated data at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at support@notestack.live. Requests are processed within 30 days.
NoteStack is designed for college and university students. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
NoteStack relies on trusted third-party service providers to power its features, including Firebase (for push notifications and crash reporting) and Supabase (for authentication and database storage). Each provider maintains their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of NoteStack after updates constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
